The data that ASIR processes are those that you have provided us voluntarily.


Depending on your role as a member, candidate or volunteer, we will need to process some data or others, which in general will be, depending on the case, the following:

Depending on one role or another, we will process your personal data for the following purposes and legal basis:


Affiliate Registration. Management of the relationship with the affiliate: necessary steps to guarantee the correct exercise of the union action, sending communications about the union action that we carry out (through the web, email and social networks) and management of the collection of the union fee. Preparation of statistics. Provision of services of which the member is a beneficiary, among others, training, workshops, seminars, legal advice. Management of sending communications to retain the affiliate: birthday greetings, news of interest, information on collaboration agreements with third parties that offer advantages or economic discounts to affiliates. In case of union representation, your data will be processed to carry out and monitor the union activities contemplated by the specific legislation, and management of the necessary actions in union election periods.

Legal basis: The affiliation contract. The Organic Law on Freedom of Association in the event that it holds union representation.

Conservation terms: We will treat your data while you are affiliated and, once said relationship has ended, they will remain blocked until the prescription of possible liability actions.

Registration as a Candidate. Provide services aimed at finding a job, help through training and inform of future vacancies available by mail, telephone, email or other means of communication.


Legal basis: The legal basis is the consent granted for the processing of your personal data.


Storage period: The personal data will be kept until you revoke the consent granted or after two years have elapsed since the last update of the data or the last contact maintained.

Management of all kinds of issues related to the employment relationship between the worker and the company.

By virtue of the right to portability, the interested parties have right to obtain personal data concerning them in a structured format of common use and mechanical reading and to transmit them to another person in charge.

Every interested party has right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing , including profiling, that produces legal effects on him or significantly affects him in a similar way, except for the exceptions provided for in art.22.1 RGPD.

The interested party has the right to the deletion of their data, due to the disappearance of the purpose that motivated the treatment or collection, by revocation of consent when this is the one that legitimizes the treatment, or for the rest of the reasons contained in article 17RGPD .
